Day of Delicious Darkness is back! With a new format- a curated and guided tasting of barrel-aged dark beers & culinary delights. The New Normal! This edition of Day of Dark will feature a tasting and discussion of 6 aged dark beers, guided by Head of Elk Creek Brewing Operations Tim Yarrington. These beers will be complemented by an elegant array of tapas portions served on cedar planks. Chef Daniel "Cutty" Cutshall will provide an overview of the flavor profiles that inspired his menu choices for this event. Tickets are $75 and includes tax & gratuity, all dispensed knowledge, brew, food, and an Elk Creek beer glass. Seating will be first come, first serve. Please be aware that you may be seated with people who are not a member of your party. Ticketholders are encouraged but not required to give us a call with any seating requests.
