Need new home for Lovely Neutered Male Cat

Renters moved away left lovely neutered male cat. Have been taking care, took to vet one time, no microchip, male, neutered, got rabies, and FeLV vaccine. He seems to have Stomatitis, drools down chin. Looking for someone who will have him as an indoor cat, he needs to be groomed and spoiled. He has a lot of fine hair that he needs help grooming. He is a picky eater, prefers Salmon, fish types of food. He is a very sweet and smart cat, he would be good as an only cat or with other cats, he doesn't care for dogs. Please send me your information describing your experience with cats, home life for him and environment. I will make sure he goes to a good home with someone experienced to care for him.
