Fun & Easy to Follow Dance Aerobics, Without the Complicated Moves
Get moving Sunday mornings at 9:15 am, at Holistic Awakenings for an invigorating outdoor workout.
This fun workout works with easy to follow moves, and has you grooving to songs you know and love.
Move along as we break out songs across the decades, ranging from Motown to Tiesto. (With a generous sprinkle of 70's Funk & Rock to 80's New Wave.)
When all is done we will have grooved through roughly 3.5 miles.
If you have a small set of hand weights, feel free to bring a pair! We incorporate some light weight training into two songs throughout the workout (1-5 pd weights recommended). These can be purchased at 5 Below relatively cheap. (Weights are not needed though!)
Fresh air, vitamin D, an opportunity to connect with others, while you increase your heart health, burn calories & get fit both mentally and physically.
It's a win win.
