Casper is a pure bred male Persian cat, he is white with flame points, he has blue eyes. Pedigree paperwork and medical records are available for him. He is available for adoption at no charge. Casper was born on July 1, 2016 and he is very sweet but somewhat afraid of humans. I think he needs an owner that wants a non-attached pet. He is a beautiful cat and he has been kept indoors his whole life. He is neutered and has been vaccinated. He prefers dry cat food, and he will eat a little bit of tuna in water.
