MIDDLESEX, NJ — For the week of Jan. 5 - Jan. 11, there will be extra Middlesex police on the following roads in the borough: The Middlesex Police Department will inform the public of those areas in the borough where they will intensify enforcement of traffic violations. While enforcement of traffic violations will continue throughout the borough and especially in school zones, these areas will receive additional focus for the week of Jan. 5 - Jan. 11, 2020: Location: Union Ave./Lorraine Ave. Issue: Speeding, School PED Safety Location: Mountain Avenue Issue: Speeding Location: Fisher Ave./Vail St. Issue: Parking Violations, School PED Safety Last week's traffic enforcement consisted of 72 motor vehicle stops conducted by Middlesex police officers.
