I am looking for someone to sand. prep, and finish the hard wood floors in my Grandmas house. (And to install baseboards and transition boards between floors into kitchen and bath)

Bring your own equipment/or rent. Will pay for materials and cost of job.
Floors are in front room, hallway, and smaller three bedrooms.
