OCEAN CITY, NJ — Welcome to the April 4 edition of Monday Manual, highlighting important events coming up this week in Ocean City. This week, there a few municipal meetings to take note of. Historic Preservation Meeting Tuesday, April 5 at 6 p.m. New business at this meeting is the demolition of 635 Ocean Ave. The demolition and new construction at 801 Wesley Ave. is tabled until the May meeting. Planning Board Meeting Wednesday, April 6 at 6 p.m. On the agenda here are extensions to existing buildings, including to senior housing. City Council Meeting Thursday, April 7 at 6 p.m. The agenda has not been released for this meeting, only that after the meeting begins the council will immediately adjourn into an executive session to discuss pending litigation.
