Here are the top three stories in New Orleans today: A 15-year-old New Orleans high school student was arrested on Thursday after allegedly stabbing a classmate and teacher with a knife. She was booked on two counts of second-degree battery. (WBRZ) A New Orleans man has plead guilty to a hate crime after spraying graffiti on a Jewish congregation building in September 2018. (WDSU New Orleans) There are reports of a leaky turbine spewing oil on the neighbors of the Carrollton Power Plant. The state Department of Environmental Quality confirmed neighbors' complaints of finding oil on their property attributing it to the turbine.
