Sax Lessions Wanted for Bass Player

I'm a bass player looking to learn more melody and solo. I want to explore basing it on saxaphone styles. My experience is in the blues, soulthern rock, R&B, some jazz and progressive rock styles. I typically learn by ear. I have some formal music theory but I do not sight read music. I'm interested in basing the training around songs, grooves and fragments and not books. I'm not opposed to charts with chords, keys and modes but I expect the majority would be listening and playing. Logistics: Looking for every other week, Wednesdays or Thursdays are best. Lessons probably about 45 minutes. Looking at a south Denver location around Sante Fe and Evans. Please respond by email first.
