Darling white and tan Chihuahua (weighs about 8 lbs). Has only 3 legs Back leg missing. Just adopted and still has Wags to Wiskers dog tag on. He is dragging a pale green leash. Dog is skittish do not try to pick up. If possible grab leash. Owners HEART BROKEN!!! His name is BO. Escaped Sat April 2 about 100 p.m.
