Willing to pay for hiking access

Hello, I’m a resident of Willits looking for private, secluded places to hike and enjoy nature in the immediate area. Being alone, surrounded by the beautiful nature of this area, makes me happier than anything. I’m willing to compensate the land owner financially, and/or with land upkeep, in exchange for access to hike on the land. I will make sure to leave the land as it is and stay away from any housing or other areas that are designated as off limits. I’m especially interested in any meadow lands or local high points.
