Total Property Services is looking for a handyman /maintenance man, self-motivated with a creative mind that is skilled to complete job duties of: .plumbing repair faucets, clean drains etc. .electrical repairing, plug-in switches, lights, etc. .painting, interior & exterior, repair drywall .flooring; tiling, vinyl plank, .install/repair/replace; cabinets, countertops, sinks, etc. . floor repair . roof repair . Install and replace windows as needed . As well as other miscellaneous job duties
