UNION CITY, CA — It's not the graduation they expected or deserve, but James Logan High School's class of 2020 now have their diplomas. Students and their families drove their vehicles onto the Logan campus so that graduates could receive their diplomas. Only students and their immediate family were allowed to participate in the vehicle caravan. It was spread out from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. to prevent a serious traffic jam.
