Caulk windows

Hi, I have decorative block windows that are high up and need caulking along the grout. You can see from the photos that caulk is along the outside grout, but we need all of the grout sealed with caulk because when it rains, the grout weeps rain water into the house. I’ll have all of the caulk and caulk gun. I just need someone with a tall ladder (?maybe 30 ft ladder) and skills for the job.
