SullivanNY.com - Partner to create community oriented site

Quite a number of years ago I registered the site SullivanNY.com (and also SullivanNewYork.com) and created a community-oriented blog/forum, however not many people visited the site and it never really went anywhere. I've thought about giving it another shot, so I'm posting here to see if anyone is interested in something like this or helping to develop something like this? I would love to have something that residents and visitors of Sullivan County can visit, but I'm not sure if there is enough interest in a standalone site when there are already things like FB groups. Any ideas, thoughts, anyone interested or interested in partnering with me to make it a reality?
