JOPPA, MD — A 13-year-old who disappeared from Joppa Thursday night has been found, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. Justin Navin Hardath was found "safe and unharmed," officials reported before 7 a.m. Friday. PREVIOUS REPORT — Authorities said a teen disappeared from Joppa, and his family is concerned about his well-being. Justin Navin Hardath, 13, was last seen at his home on Haverhill Road wearing a camouflage hoodie, gray pants and gray shoes at 5:45 p.m. Thursday, according to the Harford County Sheriff's Office. He is described as 5-feet-5-inches tall and 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. Anyone with information about Justin Navin Hardath is asked to call 911 or the Harford County Sheriff's Office Southern Precinct at 410-612-1717.
