Part time yard care & help w/ home maintenance

Needed: Lawn/Yard Care Combination- Part Time Help for Yard Care and some House Maint/Upkeep/Projects 10-12 hours per week, $10-$15 cash/hr starting(potential increase for experienced person when shown knowledgeable, self starter, follows directions and reliable (on time) Will be doing mostly a lot of grunt work, raking, weed pulling, pinecone pickup, painting and some running of powered yard/garden equipment. Will be working with owner some of the time at his direction for projects or house maintenance, if needed. I am willing to train/show individuals how to perform maintenance/project items if necessary. Previous knowledge is certainly a plus and will factor in the starting wage. Need your own transportation and/or drop off and pick up. I am not transporting. This is for my personal house located in Gem Lakes area of Aiken. You will be using my equipment and tools. Will consider retired person in good health or student; college, or high school (if not participating in sports or after school activities so you can work after school.)
