Description
We are looking for several hospitality-minded staff to assist with an upcoming event in Phoenix Monday April 4 and Tuesday April 5th
Date: April 4-5, shifts and dates vary, see below
Location: Convention Center
Role - See 2 role types below
For positions below you need to be able to work ALL the hours and dates of a line.
Concurrent Session Room Monitor- You will be in charge of a breakout room. You might be asked to scan badges, take tickets, help pass out or collect evaluations and run mics as needed.
Shift A - Monday April 4th 11a-4:45p
Line Monitor: Help ensure social distancing while keeping the registration line moving at a fast pace. This position requires you to be outgoing, assertive and friendly. You will be standing for periods of time
Must be available
Shift B - Monday April 4th 9a-1p
Shift C - Tuesday April 5th 8a-12p
Pay: All shifts and positions pay $20.00 hour, plus parking is fully reimbursed with a receipt.
Attire for the event is black dress/work pants, a white polo, button down shirt and black shoes/sneakers with a matching belt. Visible tattoos must be covered and all piercings, other than earrings must be removed.
