BEL AIR, MD — As the fall sports season winds down, multiple teams from the Bel Air area are gearing up, their sights set on championships. Patterson Mill will play for the class 1A girls soccer title in the state championship game against Loch Raven on a date to be determined between Thursday and Saturday. Bel Air will play Magruder at the University of Maryland's Ritchie Coliseum at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the class 3A girls volleyball semifinals. Patterson Mill plays Colonel Richardson at 5:30p.m. Monday in the class 1A girls volleyball semifinals at the University of Maryland's Ritchie Coliseum. Harford Tech will take on North Caroline in the second round of regional 2A east football playoffs. The game will be in Caroline County Nov. 15 or 16. In the first round, the Cobras beat the Easton Warriors, 32-23. C. Milton Wright faces off against Hereford at 7:30 p.m. Saturday in the class 3A boys soccer semifinals at Linganore.
