Job brief: We are looking for a responsible Part-Time Personal Assistant in the Palisades. This is something that will grow into a full-time job if you are the right fit. You will be doing a mix of assisting the husband with his business (software company) and managing their busy home with wife and three kids. You must have exceptional project management skills as juggling numerous tasks at once is normal and a daily necessity. The compensation package is competitive and we’re looking for someone ASAP. Responsibilities: -Calendar Management -Organize calendar and responsible parties (Kids Pick ups and drop offs) -Update calendars as needed -Send out end of day reminders about next day’s schedule -Send out beginning of the day reminders about today’s schedule -Review family email accounts -Organize certain emails into an “action” folder -Follow with responsible person for emails (internal and external) -Book play dates for kids -Sign up kids for activities -Schools -Camps -Extra-curricular -Tutors -Manage contractors for home -Big projects -Small projects: For example, light bulbs all work in house and in yard -Kids pick-ups/drop-offs as needed -Travel -Party planning -Shopping -Groceries -Dry cleaning -Returns -Kids’s clothing -Budgeting/expense management -Live in house when we’re out of town -Maintain all vehicles -On call - 24/7 Requirements and skills: -Work experience as a Personal Assistant -Knowledge of Google Doc, Google Sheets, etc. -Task Management software, etc. (Big plus with Trello) -Love of Children (They have 3 elementary school aged kids) -Outstanding organizational and time management skills -Flexible and easy going -Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload -Excellent verbal and written communications skills
