Wanted part time experienced general laborer model/prop maker jack of all trades Looking for one experienced person, female or male, willing and able to do many small easy jobs around my home in Burbank and on my vehicles. Part time work starting at around 7am, a few days a week. $20 cash per hour, paid daily. Starts at around 7am each day until work is finished. Work days and hours vary, are flexible and will be discussed. Must speak English. Tinkering, building, installing, fabricating props, parts on model cars/toys, vehicles. Some knowledge of automotive bodywork, bondo, fiberglass would be great. Some experience with basic electrical work would be helpful. Painting, light sanding for prep to paint of natural wood. Basic house cleaning: floors, cabinets, dusting, cleaning windows, walls General light laborer: sorting and moving stuff, cleaning cars, painting, etc… Gardening, moving rocks & decor, pond maintenance, planting flowers, trimming trees, pulling weeds, watering plants, etc… Lots of misc... jobs. I am a retired disabled person. My wife works full time while I maintain our home. I am not a slave driver but I do ask you work consistently and efficiently. No smoking or cell phone use while working. I am retired military and jack of all trades guy who has worked in special effects, prop model maker building industry, was a construction contractor and knows how to build and do anything. Due to a heart issue disability I just no longer have the physical ability to work hard or long. I have a difficult time breathing. You need to have patience with some old guy hovering over you politely telling/showing you what he wants done. The most important thing I ask of you is that you pay attention to detail and do what I instruct, do it my way and not your way. Part time work, 3-5 hours a day or all day if you can work on your own. Bring food and drinks to nourish yourself. $20 cash per hour, paid daily.
