Lost Ring

I lost my ring while running Sunday morning at capital lake. I think when I took my sweatshirt off, and was by the road side of the lake. It is a family heirloom and I was just given it by my mom, and feel stupid/awful.... If anyone finds it I would very much appreciate it being returned. Thank you Sandy
