Licensed Plumber- Water Softener + Reverse Osmosis Install

I have opened a dealership selling Maytag brand water refiners (softeners, for all intents and purposes to you) and reverse osmosis systems. I am looking for a licensed, insured plumber to do all of my installations as I grow. Right now, 1 to 2 a week, 3 on a good week. But, I will eventually bring on new salespeople and that number will increase. The goal is 30 to 40 per month by the end of the year. I will meet you at the jobs and I supply you with all of the necessary equipment and fittings EXCEPT you would provide pex and AMPLE plumber's tape. If something was needed that I overlooked, I would run get it for you, etc. I would come along on every install to handle all the start-up procedures and programming on the valve. You would focus mostly on the plumbing-specific labor which sometimes might also require punching a hole in the wall if needed to provide a drain. It may also require digging a 1 1/2 deep x 1 foot diameter hole to put rocks in for the drain. I need a plumber who is willing to work for a flat trip charge plus an hourly rate with an hourly minimum. I can tell you that 90% of the installs take between 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours (if it's a whole house plus reverse osmosis.) My thought process is to guarantee 3 hours. With a flat rate, I don't care if you are done in 90 minutes. I am ECSTATIC to pay because I get back more of my time also. In the rare case, it's a tougher situation that takes more than 3 hours, I am also happy to pay the pre-determined overtime rate. I serve the 5 major counties surrounding Charlotte PLUS York County, SC. I would also need you to be willing to work in any of those. Unlike North Carolina, the State of South Carolina does NOT require a plumbing license or a permit for installing these systems so you would only need to be licensed in North Carolina. Because of the way the product is sold, it is imperative to do the same or next-day installs. 99% next day. 2 days is pushing. 3 days and there is a high probability of losing the order. Therefore, I also need someone who is willing and able to be available for next-day opportunities. Finally, I do things above board and by the book so I will need permits pulled on every job. Ergo, you must have the ability to log in to the digital permits for instant permitting. I will gladly pre-pay you for the permit and then pay you for the labor on the job site, after completion.
