Help with my male cat

My cat is 4 years old I’ve had him since he was 5 weeks old. I am looking for a rescue to take him or possibly help me neuter him so I don’t have to give him up. He’s never sprayed before until we moved to this new place and now he is spraying everything. I also have a stray cat that needs to go to a rescue.
