Need some one with their own transportation to go to multiple properties near downtown and campus and complete various tasks. Need someone who can pick up trash, rake and generally bring order to the chaos. Sometimes you'll find broken furniture in the yard that needs to go to the curb, you just never know. You can count on beer cans, lots of cans (that you should keep). Anyway I would want you available for 2-4 hours at a time. Probably 2-4 times weekly. I could give you 8 hours of work for one day if that works best for you, I'll pay daily @ $18/hr. I never know what's going to come up but give me 4 hours, let's see how it goes, hopefully you'll want more work.
