Congratulations. You did it. You really had my open heart fooled into thinking you were a safe place to call mine. I’ve never said this about anyone I’ve ever met, but you are my biggest regret. I’ve begged God to take your memory from me, to remove the love I still carry for you. I’ve stayed up nights not able to sleep because all I want is you next to me, but then I remember that you reminded me why my walls were up in the first place…how did you go from “I found my person” to just…nothing? Only a sociopath would be capable of doing what you did. The only thing I’ve ever done wrong is love you.
