• Sewing and alterations. Primarily military service such as patches and badges.
• Opening and closing the shop.
• Keeping the shop clean and tidy.
• Build rapport with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent service.
• Answer and return customer phone calls.
• Uses computer database to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status.
• Provides pricing, delivery, and other order information to customers.
• Maintains files of active orders and updates with changes to customer accounts or orders.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
