HARFORD COUNTY, MD — As the presidential election draws near, voters in Harford County must decide how and when to cast their ballots. From drop boxes to the U.S. mail to in-person voting, there are options. Early voting in Maryland runs from Oct. 26 to Nov. 2. Election Day is Nov. 3.
