Need help dumping moving trash into dumpster

Greets My wife and I are disabled and we live on the third floor in a Centralia apartment It's very difficult for the two of us to carry down the trash to the dumpster and so we've got quite a few bags to take down The hardest part for us is the stairs. I was in two motorcycle accidents so I have bad knees and a bad back so a simple task of just carrying down the trash is very painful We have quite a bit of trash at the moment, so we can pay $20 for someone to unload it down to the dumpster If interested, this could be a weekly deal - $10 a week to help us every week/once a week for the trash, Or maybe $20 a week if you can also help us with some minor cleaning, like maybe sweeping the floor and/or possibly dishes - minor stuff - but since we are disabled, it tends to back up because we can't keep doing it as often as needed, so for us it becomes a problem.
