Need to somebody *fit to come and check out a small roof leak. May have a board that is rotten. doesn't leak a lot but we are in the middle of doing some painting and installing a new shower in the guest bath where the leak is located. We have the ceiling out above the shower and don't want to finish until roof leak is repaired. Our warranty company will cover the cost.. but they need diagnosis and cost from somebody qualified... we will pay you and they will reimburse us so that you get paid once the job is complete without waiting. I prefer for somebody to come and have a look at it as opposed to me sending photos.
