White 2002 Ford 3-350 Cargo van with ladder in the back and roof rack was stolen from the corner of D'Abadie and Broad St. either Thursday 3/31 or Friday 4/1. It has Los Angeles Department of Water markings on doors. If anyone sees it or has any information, please let us know! We just want it back, no questions asked.
