20/HR + Mileage - Party Rental Equipment Driver

Hardy Party Rental LLC is looking to hire an individual who will be able to to deliver and setup rental equipment to our customers in the Dayton area on Saturday & Sunday from April-September. What would your day look like? 6AM - Arrive to our facility to load any Rental Equipment that is to be delivered and set-up for that day 7AM-12PM - Drive to our customers site and set-up/Pick-Up the equipment that they have reserved and return any other equipment to our facility. 12PM-6PM - You are off the clock, do as you please. (This is similar to a split shift position) 6PM-10PM - Drive to our customers site and pickup any equipment that they rented that day, then return them to our facility. This position would mainly entail delivery, Setup, Breakdown, And Removal of Bounce House Inflatables, Folding Tables, and Folding Chairs and other party equipment. You would be interacting with our customers onsite so you will need to be Helpful, Kind, And Courteous. This position requires you to Tow our Equipment Trailer with your own vehicle. Your vehicle only needs to be capable of towing 2000LB. Most SUVs and trucks will do fine. Since you are using your own vehicle, we will pay you $.468/Mile in addition to your hourly pay. This will more than pay for fuel at these high gas prices. Your Vehicle must be road worthy and NOT a rust bucket. If you do not want to use your own vehicle, we will provide one and cover gas, but you will only be compensated hourly. This is NOT a full time job! You will be a 1099 Contractor. You will get a check weekly. Because this is a 1099 position, NO taxes will be withheld from your check. We also do not provide any benefits. This position would be ideal for someone looking to make some extra money on the weekends. You must be capable of the Physical Work. Some equipment weighs upwards of 200LB. Unfortunately we cannot Guarantee hours, and if the forecast predicts poor weather conditions, you may not have any work on these days.
