Hi, my name is Jean and I’m a cis gendered, female, queer, artist, educator, and traveler. I’m looking for 2 people to sign a lease with me for an apartment in Ridgewood Queens (I’m open to a few other neighborhoods in Queens or Bushwick, Brooklyn). We would sign the lease for an October 2022 move-in. I’ve lived in several intentionally cooperative homes before and I’m looking for these same characteristics (that I possess) in my future home-mates: Responsible, kind, considerate, good with communication, always pays rent on time, good with cleaning, has good credit (the landlord is going to require this) and has a job.
