ISO a full time, year round maintenance technician. Duties include, but are not limited to; basic landscaping, grounds keeping, rubbish removal, painting, general maintenance throughout the building and grounds. A good basic knowledge of tools, interior and exterior building repairs, land scaping, and cleaning. After a year with us, you will receive PTO and an opportunity to sign up for healthcare.
