Ritchey Landscaping LLC We are a small, very well established Columbus based residential landscape maintenance company looking to hire 1-2 individuals. We currently serve approximately 300 ongoing customers, mostly in the Upper Arlington area. Approximately 80% of the work we do consists of standard landscape maintenance (mowing, mulching, bush trimming, spring & fall cleanups, etc.) & snow removal. The remaining 20% consists of various misc. projects. Our two primary goals are to serve our customers very well (better than our competitors) and to provide the best possible job opportunities for our employees. We are looking for highly competent, mature, reliable, trustworthy individuals able to work well with others as part of a team. Compensation is highly competitive and will reflect the value you bring to the company. General Labor / Non-supervisory positions. $17-$18 hr. Maintenance Supervisor (able to work solo and/or provide supervision for 1-2 others). $19-$25 hr. Mowing Supervisor. $20-$25 hr. Snow Removal. $23-$32 hr.
