Heeler/Border Collie Mix Not neutered. Life changes have been hard for him to adjust to city living. He needs a high energy job. Would be great to put him on livestock. Has been around horses his entire life. Hard post to make but he is not made for city living. He is very much a high energy dog. Asking a rehoming fee of $100.
