Need to rehome my sweet kitty ASAP

We are selling our house to travel the country and unfortunately, won't be able to take my sweetest, best boy, ShadowCat, with us. He is about 8 years old but in great health. Fixed. Calm and chill. Not fond of other animals, at first, but will get used to them and coexist just fine. Loves all humans and will never be aggressive with any age. Very cuddly and loving. He is an indoor/ outdoor cat, but won't wander far and will always come home often to graze on his food. He was a stray when we found him and has been the sweetest baby to us. It is hard to have to let him go. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your time.
