MISSING OR STOLEN Little man has not come home for about 2 days now. This is very unlike him. He went missing around the neighborhood behind Natural Grocers in South Salem (off commercial). He may be wearing the blue and white collar in the first picture. He is professional at taking off his collars, so he may have also taken it off. If found or know who may have him, please message me! He is on medication so the sooner he is found the better.
