Crew Chief - Water Damage Restoration $22-25 per hour

We are looking for a few individuals to fill the role of crew chief at our water and fire restoration company in Bridgeview. Our idea candidate must have the following: -Prior Experience in water and fire restoration -A valid driver's license with a clean MVR and ability to drive a 16ft box truck -The majority of tools most commonly used in water damage situations (we can help you out if you need more) -Reliable transportation to and from work -Ability to lift up to 75 pounds -Strong work ethic- be willing to work over 40 hours, on weekends, and be on call for emergencies at night from time to time -Be flexible- You never know when a water damage emergency will come in or what the volume will be based off of the weather! We need someone with a flexible schedule. -Be professional - You will be the face of the company. You must be punctual, communicate well, have a clean appearance, and do the jobs thoroughly Responsibilities include: -Properly assessing, documenting, and mitigating water damage situations -Proper placement and use of drying equipment -Demolition of any non salvageable materials -Properly documenting and handling of customers contents -Handle and address customers concerns and questions -Proper use of Truck mounted and portable water extractors -Changing of sump pumps and have some general knowledge of plumbing in the event that a water leak needs to be temporary stopped until a license plumber can arrive -Driving company vehicles Please email me your resume to the link above or text it to me at 630-930-9579 Even if you do not currently have all of the requirements please feel free to reach out.
