Part Time Maintenance Tech/Porter

We are a 136 unit apartment building in need of a part time porter who can assist maintenance staff with exterior property work and some help on unit turns. We are looking for someone who is available to work Mon, Thurs, Sat mornings from 8 to 1pm or possibly 8 to 5pm. No experience required, but if you have any maintenance skills we would consider a higher pay rate.
