BALTIMORE, MD — The National Football League is officially kicking off the 2020 season. The league's 101st season began Thursday, when the defending Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs beat the Houston Texans, 34-20, in the NFL kickoff game on NBC. On Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens will play the Cleveland Browns at home. The game is one of 16 on the slate for Week 1 in the NFL. Sunday evening's prime-time game on NBC will feature the Dallas Cowboys visiting the Los Angeles Rams. On Monday night, ESPN will air a double-header starting with the Pittsburgh Steelers at New York Giants at 7 p.m. and conclude with the Tennessee Titans at Denver Broncos at 10:10 p.m. Nine games are scheduled to begin Sunday at 1 p.m., including the Ravens-Browns matchup, which will be broadcast on CBS.
