Pro level Doors tribute forming. This is going to be done right including a bass player (me, Scott DeStefanis). I already have a very experienced Robby Krieger. I am looking for a Ray Manzarek, John Densmore, and a Jim Morrison. I only really care about having a somewhat lookalike for the Jim part, for the rest musicianship is more important. I'm looking for the level of players who are not looking for and do not need perpetual rehearsals. Must learn songs as close to the original as possible and be ready for a rehearsal if there is one. This applies to the drummer as well. If you're a drummer who gets bored easily and likes to add your own flavor to the songs to make it fun for you (or whatever the reason) this is not for you. Jim Morrison, although Jim got wasted on stage, this part will not be recreated! No drinking or drugs for events at all for any of the members! One more thing is we're looking to play the hits only to fill rooms. As much as we might like die hard Doors fans, we won't be satisfying their desire for us to play obscurities. We're looking to please (and draw) the masses, not the few. This is in the very early stages, so much so that we have not even talked about a song list yet. I prefer you message me on Facebook.
