This is Copper. He is looking for a good home preferably with a yard. We had taken him in for a friend who couldn't have dogs and didn’t realize the nature of a beagle. They can talk LOUDLY lol. He had some of his puppy shots (i believe only the 1st round) he is not fixed yet. He is doing really well with leash walking although he would LOVE a fenced yard to run. He is great with our teenager and loves playing and being carried around like a prince. He’s good with our 2 yr old too, but hasn’t gathered the concept of “her toys” vs “his toys” he does great with our neighbors dogs & plays with them too. We only want to find him a good match. He already was given up by someone who couldn’t keep him. He is a sweet puppy & needs someone who knows beagles and how they are vocal this means he howls, not all the time, but when he wants out or excited or wants to play he OWWoWoo’s If you have neighbors who live right next to your home a who won’t enjoy a dog’s serenading howl he’s not for you. He needs either a fenced yard or an active person who will take him on walks. He is a cutie and wish we could keep him ourselves and will until someone can give him a forever home.
