I would like my old wooden floor in my living room and bedroom sanded and refinished with a white stain and matt finish. Total wood floor area roughly 275sf, 2 rooms. It's a walk-up, so 5 flights of stairs up. Need to be done this week, so that floor finish can dry the week after. Email here if interested. thanks!
