2022-2023 Law and Rule Required Course with Fair Housing Updates The Oregon Real Estate Agency has recently announced that all licensees are required to complete a Law and Rule Required Course (LARRC) focused on Fair Housing. Any Oregon licensee who took the 2020-2021 LARRC course and whose license expires on 7/01/22 or after will need to take a supplemental 1-hr. Fair Housing course to meet their CE requirements.
