D.I.Y. PD at City Neighbors is an emergent Professional Development opportunity rooted in child-centered, democratic ideals of education. At our D.I.Y. PD sessions, we connect, attend two 20 - minute learning/sharing sessions presented by one of the practitioners in attendance, and gather at the end to build community. All of this is rooted in our child-centered, democratic ideals of education. We will gather, check-in, and present four short sessions for you to choose from, with participants either sharing a great strategy, a great question, or a problem of practice.
