Join us for fun activities to raise awareness about mental health resources.
Free and open to the public, activities will include groups to walk/jog, cycle, yoga, play cards, board games, and fellowship as we raise awareness about resources to support good mental health.
During registration, please select two activities (tentative time slots; subject to change based on participation)
Yoga - 6:30pm - 7:00 pm
Line Dancing - 5:30 pm- 6:00 pm
Walking - 5:30-7:00 pm
Jogging - 5:30-7:00 pm
Cycling - 5:30-7:00 pm
Fellowship (playing cards, bring your own lunch, board game) - 4:00 pm-7:00pm
