BALTIMORE, MD — The American Craft Show returns to the Baltimore Convention Center this weekend, wowing visitors with unique creations and the people who made them. Home décor, jewelry, clothing and other works will be available for purchase. Featuring more than 550 contemporary craft artists, the show runs from Friday through Sunday and showcases handmade items. Ceramists, jewelry-makers and other artists will display their wares. See a list of artists who will be there. A Baltimore-based woodshop, group of wood turners, jewelry makers and stone carver, among others, will be on hand for an interactive part of the show where attendees can see how the artists make their creations. Eight students and one faculty member from Hood College in Frederick will be part of the show through a program the American Craft Council calls "School To Market," giving those in the field exposure to the marketplace before graduation. This is the 46th year that the American Craft Show will be in Baltimore. It also travels to cities such as Atlanta and San Francisco. The American Craft Show will be Feb. 21 to Feb. 23 at the Baltimore Convention Center, 1 West Pratt Street. Hours: 10 a.m.–8 p.m. Friday10 a.m.–6 p.m. Saturday11 a.m.–5 p.m. SundayTickets and admission: Children 12 and under get in free. Members of the American Craft Council are free.$5 after 5 p.m. Friday only.$16 for one-day pass.$36 for three-day pass.Tickets are nonrefundable. People can purchase tickets online or in person.
