Experienced frontman looking to out together a punk based project that will be a combination of covers and original material. I've got a few songs already written and ideas of how the music will sound. I have a makeshift recording setup that I'll be working on demos with, but ideally I can find like-minded people to enable my vision to become a reality And with this beautiful home it isn't just about location! Enjoy the low maintenance but beautiful landscaping these owners have created. The fenced yard and large deck are just off the dining area in this unique floorplan. The two-story living room has large windows and a gas fireplace. I'm brand new to town. 37 year old Professional musician. Been working and touring for 12 years. I grew up on Bluegrass music, Bakersfield Country, The Allman Brothers, The Band, and Crosby Stills and Nash and the rest of the California Country sound. Love the Stones and Black Crowes and perhaps most of all the Grateful Dead Looking for Bluegrass jams too. I was fronting a bluegrass band for the last 2 years and am a solid lead vocalist for Bluegrass and Country music. Country/Rock gigs, touring, co-writing, recording work, and good music folks to be around in general. I write and play some guitar, mostly rhythm, and I've written in most subgenres of rock. I'm old (73) but don't like playing classic rock although I know a few items from different decades of it. Some influences are Thirteenth Floor Elevators, Yard Birds, Social Distortion, Liz Pfair, Elmore James, Big Bill Broonzy, Joan Jett.Classic rock, Modern Rock, R&B, Latin, Blues, Country and Smooth Jazz are some of the genres we’re interested in. The ability to record your voice at home to backing tracks is essential. Any DAW will work but we use Studio One. I have a great practice room at my home in King area that is in a separate area of the house away from the living areas. Pro PA system and equipment.
