Huttig Building Products Dispatcher FULL-TIME $16/hr 25 Lehoux Dr, Hooksett, NH 03106 Duties include: - Effectively managing all incoming and outgoing shipments. - Efficiently filing documents for all incoming and outgoing deliveries. - Confirming and/or processing orders and bills of lading with corresponding information. - Dispatching orders and communicating messages and/or special instructions. - Managing delivery schedule by utilizing routing software (Direct Rout software). - Effectively communicating to all levels within the organization. - Completing customer will calls. - Communicating with drivers daily in regards to deliveries, discrepancies, etc. - Scheduling incoming delivery appointments. Schedule - Shift start: 8:00AM - Shift length: 8 - 10 hours - Days: Monday - Friday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - At least 1-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Must pass background check - Can lift 25 lbs About Huttig Building Products Huttig, currently in its 135th year of business, is one of the largest domestic distributors of millwork, building materials and wood products used principally in new residential construction and in-home improvement, remodeling and repair work.
